Colour Swatches

I think that "swatch" is the right term when you try out patches of colour on a wall or whatever to help decide which colour goes best in the situation.

Anyway, I tried out three very different swatches of colour for possible pavement colours in front of the Gard du Nord; leaf green, maroon and silver.

Then took photos with and without flash and near and far.









Verdict: none the wiser.

Spent an hour on the drum pad this morning - think I might have strained or sprained my left thumb.

Miscellany1:


No idea what this film was about last night: cinema was packed.

I found it a mixture of slightly boring/slow; very funny; and enchanting.

Golden Teacher provided the incidental music.

Miscellany 2:

Sitting behind me in the cinema last night, before the film started, one girl said to another: "I love learning but I hate studying." That really made me think.
