Kir Cassis

Last night's dinner:

Bought a bottle of Creme de Cassis back from France so as to be able to continue making my current favourite aperatif, "Kir Cassis".

The bottle.

About an 1/8th of the glass full.

Topped up with dirt cheap Chardonnay from a box.

Basically an alcopop - like Ribena.

Tuna, spinach and rice.
