Last night's dinner:

Red Mullet on one of those non-stick oven sheets

Off the bone on a bed of rice and mushrooms in a tomato sauce.
The use of these non-stick oven sheets has really transformed my cooking of fish. Guaranteed non-stick and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Miscellany:

1) Thinking of buying a bicycle as part of a last attempt to prevent my having a knee replacement. These are the kind of bikes I'm thinking about.

2) And for the same purpose, thinking of buying a dance mat. Although, I'm hoping that the mat will also help me in my quest for dancing competence.

I suppose you can wire them up to a laptop.
